Your guests arrive to a candle-lit space that has already been transformed for them, with cozy individual rest nests waiting, layered with soft blankets, boucle pillows, and lavender-infused weighted eye pillows. The lighting is low, the room feels warm and quiet, and before we even begin, everyone is invited to settle into their space with a cup of calming tea.
Once everyone is cozy, I’ll guide them through a gentle nervous system reset designed to help the body come down from the fullness of the retreat and absorb everything they’ve been experiencing. We’ll slow things down with grounding practices, intentional breathing, restorative stillness and simple sensory cues that encourage the body to soften, settle and feel supported.
From there, guests may tuck themselves under their blankets and eye pillows and settle into an immersive sound bath that will leave them..well…floating.
By the time we bring the experience to a close, your guests have had 75 uninterrupted minutes to land back in their bodies, exhale and create a little more space for everything the rest of the retreat has to offer.
