Sitting Fee Includes:
Up to 10 minutes of coverage time at Neutral Moon Studio per family

Up to 10 image downloads included (additional images can be purchased seperately)
$200
to reserve your spot a non-refundable fee of $100 is due at booking.
a remaining balance of $100 is due when you arrive.
mini session terms:
Please note our set up this year will not look exactly as pictured from past years.
Once received, your deposit is non-refundable. Holiday Mini Sessions cannot be re-scheduled however you may send someone else in your place if you are unable to make it. No shows will not be charged the remaining balance.
Deposits for missed sessions will not be transferred to another date or year.
Additional images may be purchased for $5/image or you can purchase the full gallery for $150.
FAQs
Q: If I can’t make it, can i have my deposit back?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you find that you can no longer make it, you may request to schedule another family in your place (please have the name, email, and phone number of the family ready before emailing me). Deposits will not be transferred to other sessions or dates.
Q: If I cant come anymore, should I let you know?
You can let us know, or you can no-call, no-show, whatever feels right to you.
Q: Can we bring our pets? They are part of our family.
Unfortunately because we don’t know the allergies of people coming before or after you, pets will have to sit this one out.
Q: What if I can’t make the mini session date but still want to take holiday photos with you?
Our full curated set up will not be available after the mini session date, but you may book a regular mini session (30 minutes) any time after Nov 30 and before Dec 24 and be able to take holiday photos with the minimal set up that will be available in the studio throughout the holidays.
Q: What happens if we arrive late, sometimes my kids move slow.
All of our slots are set up for 10-minutes, back to back with no breaks in between. You may arrive anytime within your 10 minute slot but of course you will only have until the end of that slot to take photos before the next family arrives. If your GPS is stating that you will be arriving after your 10 minute slot is scheduled to end, I’d advise heading to Flying Biscuit for breakfast instead, as we wont be able to fit you in.
Q: I have small kids so i typically like to change their outfits once i arrive, is that ok?
We have a bathroom down the hall to change outfits upon arrival. You know your kids, so please get to the studio early enough to change them, feed them, promise candy at the end, etc and be ready to step into the studio when your 10-minute window starts.
Q: How will my balance be charged?
Your balance will be charged to the same card you used for your deposit. All balances must be paid in full before any photo galleries are delivered.
Q: When can we expect to receive our images back?
Your galleries will be available for download within 7-10 business days. Up to 10 images may be download for no additional cost. Once you’ve hit that limit, additional images will have to be added to a cart and purchased.
