Do you only work with clients in Atlanta/Los Angeles?
I have traveled near and far to work with my clients and actually prefer spreading wellness all over the world as opposed to being limited to just my little city. Email me with your dream destination for a custom quote.
How much is my retainer payment?
100% of your balance is due up front. Please wait until you are financially ready before booking a session with me.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are typically not available for new clients. Past clients may request a payment plan for fees totaling more than $1000. Past clients that have had issues with payment plans before will be required to pay in full up front. All payments will still be due prior to your session date.
How do I prep for my session?
You will receive a Wellness Session Prep Guide to help you and/or your guests prepare for their experience.
Do I need to have yoga experience to book?
Not at all. Most of my sessions are designed for beginners or people returning to their practice. We’ll move in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
What types of yoga do you teach for private sessions?
My approach leans into hatha, yin, and gentle, nervous-system-supportive flows. Think grounding, intentional movement over fast-paced sequences.
Do I need to bring my yoga mat?
If your session is at my studio, you will not need to bring anything as we provide mats, blocks, straps, etc).
How many people can be included in a private group session?
Group sizes can vary depending on the space. If you're booking at my studio, we’ll stay within 10-12 guests for comfort and flow. If you're hosting elsewhere, I’ll help guide what feels best for your environment.
Can I book you for a special occasion like a birthday gathering, a pre-wedding ritual, girls day out, etc?
Yes, private yoga experiences are perfect for birthdays, brand events, retreats, or just a cozy gathering with intention. If you have a vision, I’m happy to help you bring it to life.
Do you travel for 1:1 sessions?
Yes, Travel sessions are available for homes, hotels, outdoor spaces, and events. Travel fees will apply depending on location and timing and I may or may not be able to bring extra props depending on how Im getting there.
What’s included in the experience?
Each session includes guided movement, breathwork, and a moment to land at the end (think rest, integration, and stillness). You can also add on experiences like tea service, cacao, or a sound bath (sound baths are facilitated by one of my licensed studio partners).
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends or group events. I recommend at least 4-8 weeks in advance to secure a preferred date at my studio as we tend to be booked up closer in.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Because these experiences are intentionally scheduled, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred (one time and within 30 days) with proper notice (at least 7 days in advance).
I’m not “flexible”, is that ok?
Of course. Yoga isn’t about flexibility, it’s about connection (to yourself). We move in ways that feel good in your body, not forced.
Can this be more of a wellness experience than just yoga?
Yes, that’s actually my favorite way to design sessions. We can incorporate elements like breathwork, intention setting, and grounding rituals to make it feel like a full experience.
