When you’re the owner, creative director, admin, social media manager, accountant, client relations liaison and everything in between (and that’s not even mentioning your personal life), pausing to breathe can feel like wasting time, even when you fully understand not pausing causes burn out. See how we don’t listen?
Pour Over is intentionally designed to help women founders like you stop moving at full speed long enough to finally fill your cup.
A few hours away from the emails, notifications, decision fatigue, requests, numbers, content strategies and the endless mental list of what needs to happen next to stay afloat. This isn’t the place to brainstorm your next launch or to optimize your morning routine so you can squeeze in 50 more work tasks before breakfast.
Stop. Squeezing. Please.
This reset is for you to finally put some of it down.
I’m bringing a small group of women founders together for an afternoon of nervous system regulation, honest conversation, intentional rest and practical support for running your business without constantly running yourself into the ground.
You were never meant to hold the whole business all at once 24/7/365.
I know you know…when you work for yourself, that line between “work” and everything else can feel non-existence. Especially when you don’t fit yourself into your own day.
There’s ALWAYS something you could be doing:
An email.
A text instead of an email.
A call instead of a text (can we..not?)
An invoice to send (that will probably be paid late)
An instagram post to create even though you hate instagram
A client to follow up with who will ignore everything you said
A system you need to re-work. again.
Money to think about (because why isn’t earth just like..free?)
An idea you don’t want to forget but also won’t have the energy to launch…
And even when you aren’t physically working, your brain is still on. A melatonin gummy hates to see you coming.
Over time, never-ending responsibility can show up as overwhelm, procrastination, decision fatigue, irritability, anxiety, bad sleep, difficulty focusing, the feeling of always being behind. You’re not behind btw.
I wanted to create a space to talk about what solopreneurship actually feels like BTS and gives you real tools to support yourself until you can hire someone else to do it.
This is what our half day together looks like:
The Founder’s Circle
An honest, facilitated convo about entrepreneurship, stress, money, overwhelm, capacity and what it feels like to be the only person responsible for everything.
The Release
A deeply restful restorative yoga + sound bath experience created to help you step out of doing mode and experience what it feels like to be supported for a while.
The Nervous System Capacity Check
An approachable look at how stress and dysregulation can influence the way we work, make decisions, handle money, procrastinate, respond to pressure and navigate visibility.
Your Reset Ritual
A guided opportunity to identify what is unnecessarily draining your capacity and create simple practices, boundaries and systems that make your business easier to hold.
And before you ask: breaks, snacks, lunch & sips are provided.
You’ll leave with more than a little tea in your system.
My goal isn’t for you to feel amazing for a few hours and then immediately return to the exact same patterns Monday morning. Friend, no.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your own stress responses, simple nervous system regulation practices you can use in your day-to-day life, ways to recognize when you’re approaching your capacity BEFORE you cross your own boundaries, practical ideas for reducing unnecessary overwhelm inside your business, and a personal plan for creating more room for yourself in the life you’ve built.
This is not a complete overhaul of your business or 12 new atomic habits you’ll quit after day one.
Just a few intentional shifts that can help you work, rest and make decisions from a thoughtful and supported place. And sans the burn out.
pour over is definitely for you if...
You love what you’ve created, but you’re tired.
Your business lives in your head almost 24/7.
You’re great at taking care of your clients but not as good at taking care of yourself.
Small tasks can feel hard because you’re always overwhelmed.
Money can send your nervous system into a spiral.
You have trouble taking time off because theres always something you “should” be doing.
You’re craving honest conversation with women who are in your same shoes.
Or you simply need someone else to hold the space for a few hours so you can just let it all go. Fair.
the emails can wait!
(it’s probably just somebody asking you to do something for free anyway..)
Come get cozy and speak honestly in a safe space. Enjoy a little silence, rest your body. Get a little sound healing and tuning fork adjustment, mhmm.
Learn new ways to nurture the nervous system you’re asking to carry your whole life dream.
And then leave with a little more capacity to keep climbing.
rest. regulation. real talk.
Your refill is calling.
