Photography Prep Guide
Pre-Retreat Chat to review your retreat schedule, mood board, custom shot list, & any other recommendations before your retreat begins
A mix of documentary, lifestyle, group activity and planned marketing images
Unlimited high-resolution images delivered via digital gallery
(2) complimentary headshots for all host(s) and participating vendors (plus team photos)
Professional retouching for Host headshots
Digital Image License for organic use on personal brand website and social media; permission required for third-party brands to use or re-post images
Full day Rate: $950/8 hrs
Half Day Rate: $450/4 hrs
Additional Hours: $150/hr up to 10 hrs per day
Individual Portrait Sessions
Leave room in your retreat schedule to allow participants to take a moment for themselves with an empowering portrait session. Participants may book in advance or anytime during the retreat and step away at designated down times to bask in their own self-confidence and femininity. Portrait sessions can be branding, boudoir, lifestyle or creative headshots.
Includes:
Session Prep Guide
Up to (30) minutes of coverage at the retreat venue or an approved off-site location
Choose up to 15 Images to be professionally edited and retouched (or purchase the whole gallery!)
Digital Image License for organic use on personal brand website and social media; permission required for third-party brands to use or re-post images
Note: off-site locations must be approved in advance and all participants wanting that same location should be prepared to travel together in the interest of time.

Locations up to 2 hrs drive from GA (requires min 2 nights)
Travel Fee $50
Lodging Fee $600 (per every 2 nights)
or a private room at the retreat venue*
US Continental Locations (requires min 2 nights)

or Lodging Fee of $750 (per every 2 nights)
Airport Shuttle costs
International Locations (requires min 4 nights)

*Terms and Conditions:
A private room at the retreat venue must be provided for COMPANY members (shared rooms and/or pullout couches in shared spaces are strictly prohibited). If a private room is not available, the CLIENT is required to pay the lodging fee to cover accommodations at a nearby hotel or rental property of the COMPANY’s choice. The CLIENT is strictly prohibited from securing accommodations outside of the retreat venue on the COMPANY’s behalf without the COMPANY’s permission. The CLIENT is responsible for all securing any tickets or transportation required to capture all off-site activities.The CLIENT is strictly prohibited from asking COMPANY members to perform any duties outside of the COMPANY’s contractual obligation including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, driving, organizing, grocery shopping, excursion planning, administrative tasks, paying for and/or organizing rideshare or shuttle services, etc for the EVENT and/or EVENT participants.
